We start with an Introduction: Meet and Greet

Start your session with a warm welcome! We believe in creating a friendly and supportive environment from the moment we meet. Get to know your coach, and set the tone for an exciting and transformative workout.

The Basics: 5-Minute Technique Overview

We kick things off with a quick, yet essential 5-minute explanation of the balance and technique of Muay Thai. Understand the fundamentals that will help you move like a pro and get the most out of your training.

Warm-Up: 5 Minutes

Get your body ready for action with a fun and invigorating 5-minute warm-up. This prepares your muscles and gets your heart pumping, setting you up for a fantastic workout.

NOW THE FUN BEGINS: 30 MINUES OF PAD WORK

Now, it’s time for the highlight of your session! Spend 30 minutes on pad work, where you'll practice punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. This part of the training is not only incredibly fun but also helps build strength, speed, and precision. Feel the adrenaline as you unleash your power on the pads!

Circuit Training: 15 Minutes

Next, we ramp up the intensity with a challenging 15-minute bodyweight workout, rotating through four dynamic exercises designed to tone your body and boost your stamina:

  • Squats: Build lower body strength and power.
  • Lunges: Enhance balance and flexibility.
  • Push-Ups: Strengthen your upper body and core.
  • Burpees: Improve cardiovascular fitness and overall endurance.

These exercises will vary depending on each indivdual.

Then We Finish Off With a Cool Down

My name is Mo Khalifa, and I’m a dedicated Muay Thai enthusiast, practitioner, and fighter. Chasing my ultimate dream to become a professional fighter and compete in ONE Championship. I bring the same passion and commitment to my coaching as I do to my own training.

With years of experience in Muay Thai, I’ve honed my skills not only in the ring but also as a coach, helping individuals reach their fitness goals through the art of eight limbs. I specialise in one-to-one and two-to-one sessions, ensuring personalised attention for everyone.

Wear gym clothes, bring water, we provide the gloves if you don't have any. Training is at Howard Davis Park, with cover if it rains.

I find Muay Thai a bit scary and daunting. Is it really for me?

I’m worried Muay Thai might be too intense. Is it manageable?

While Muay Thai is a challenging workout, it’s also incredibly fun and rewarding. The sessions are designed to be engaging and supportive, making it a fantastic way to get fit.


Can I bring a friend to train with me?

Yes, you can! I offer two-to-one sessions, so you and a friend can enjoy the experience together and motivate each other.


Do I need to bring my own boxing gloves?

If you have your own gloves, feel free to bring them. If not, don't worry—I provide boxing gloves for all participants.


Are your sessions indoor or outdoor?

The sessions are outdoors at Howard Davis Park , with covered area to ensure training continues regardless of the weather. I also have a private space if you prefer.


I’m not very fit. Can I still join?

Definitely! My sessions are tailored to accommodate all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or looking to enhance your skills, we’ll help you achieve your goals. If you're not comfortable training at Howard Davis Park, I have a private space we could train too.


Is Muay Thai a good workout for weight loss?

Yes, Muay Thai is a high-intensity workout that burns calories efficiently, making it great for weight loss and muscle toning.
